White Bay Beer Co collaborates with Lotus Dining Group

Sydney’s Lotus Dining Group has collaborated with White Bay Beer Co to produce an Australian Rice Lager (ARL) designed to pair with its restaurants’ contemporary Chinese dishes.

Lotus ARL is a clean, crisp and aromatic craft beer with flaked rice comprising 20 per cent of the grist and a German hop bill.

“Beer is one of the most popular drinks across our Lotus venues, so creating one of our own was a natural step,” said Lotus Dining Group’s Matthew Stewart.

Lotus Australian Rice Lager is now available to order from Lotus at Home.
