Coopers Regency Park Red Ale out now

Coopers Brewery has released an Australia-style red ale to celebrate its 160th anniversary in 2022.

Coopers managing director and chief brewer, Dr Tim Cooper, said Regency Park Red Ale showcases drum-roasted caramel malts, with Coopers’ signature top fermentation and natural conditioning contributing to its full flavour and cloudy appearance.

“A selection of all-Australian hops, including Eclipse and Melba, delivers a delicious hop-
forward aroma,” he said.

“Drinkers can expect flavour notes of stone fruit, grapefruit, mint, and zesty orange peel.”

Coopers Regency Park Red Ale will be available in kegs and 375ml can format from late
March.

It is the latest in a series of contemporary-styled beers from Coopers, following its limited-edition Australian IPA and Hazy IPA.

Regency Park Red Ale has an ABV of 5.5% and a bitterness level of 40 IBU.
