Founded by three friends with background in drinks and hospitality, Bondi Liquor Co is the first operating distillery in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.
Co-founder and distiller Ben Stevens has experience in both sales and production, having previously worked at Young Henrys, Clare Valley Brewing and Carlton & United Breweries.
He joins us this episode of the podcast for a chat about the challenges of being the first in a new area, where the authorities are unaccustomed to alcohol production.
