Beechworth Bitters Company was launched by chef Michael Ryan in 2020 as a side project devoted to amaro and cocktail bitters.
Michael, from the highly acclaimed Beechworth restaurant, Provenance, joins us this episode of the Drinks Adventures podcast as we return to the historic Victorian town, having had Ben Kraus from Bridge Road Brewers on the show last year.
